By measuring the radio interfaces, the electromagnetic compatibility as well as the electrical safety in laboratories accredited according to ISO 17025, CTC advanced supports quality improvement and – if necessary – creates the basis for approval.

In the environmental simulation laboratories of CTC advanced, products are also tested for their resistance to environmental influences or even – as in the battery safety tests – subjected to destructive tests.

The tests in the CTC advanced laboratories for "Payment & Identification" create the prerequisites for the approval of cashless payment devices, such as credit cards, readers for bank cards and, in addition, ATMs on the basis of a wide range of accreditations from the banking industry.

The range of products tested in the accredited laboratories of CTC advanced is broad and extends, for example, from vehicle subassemblies (e-labeling), contactless credit cards and hearing aids to magnetic resonance tomographs.

CTC advanced GmbH is a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited test laboratory, has RF laboratories for frequencies up to 500 GHz, EMC laboratories, 7 absorber chambers and 8 shielding booths, in addition to an OTA measurement hall, as well as an electrical safety laboratory, a SAR laboratory and an environmental simulation laboratory, where Li-ion batteries for a wide range of applications are also tested for safety.
