The Plöckl Media Group presents special RFID labels for ESD materials and on-metal reading ranges of up to 20 meters!
"For years, the Plöckl Media Group has been a manufacturer of special and functional labels with RFID and barcode. We develop special highly resistant RFID labels, which are used in the aviation industry, the chemical industry or in large logistics companies. We will be happy to demonstrate this comprehensive know-how for complex requirements in industrial logistics to all participants at the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow with numerous product highlights".
The Plöckl Media Group invites you to the company's digital booth at the RFID & Wireless IoT tomorrow 2020 from November 23rd until December 18th, where they will present special solutions for the automotive, aviation, electronics, food, pharmaceutical, retail, chemicals, oil & gas, construction or mining industries.
Virtual Exhibition from Nov 23rd to Dec 18th
Brand New in the Portfolio: PMG ESD-Perform RFID Tag
The PMG ESD-Perform RFID Tag is designed for consistent performance on ESD containers. The focus is clearly on the greatest possible homogeneity in high-frequency behavior. This also applies to dielectrically different substrates and is designed to operate at a range of up to five meters to reliably map Kanban applications in industrial logistics. Due to its small size, the tag is suitable for use in places that are difficult to access.
Also New in the Portfolio: PMG IronPerform RFID Tag
The PMG IronPerform RFID Tag demonstrates its technical advantages on metal and also adheres to pre-treated, painted or powder-coated surfaces. It is not - as is usually the case with on-metal tags - specially shielded by the metal surface, but uses the metal of the tagged objects as an 'amplifier'. Thus, with 2W ERP reader power, reading ranges of up to 20 meters can be realized.
The Third Highlight: PMG RFID Looptag
Another technical highlight at the PMG booth is the PMG RFID Looptag. Already presented at the LogiMAT 2016, this special tag is designed as a flexible winding tag, which can be attached with the highest precision thanks to its folding aids and good processability. Due to the perfect printability of the label as well as the ANSI scanability, this label is suitable for large construction sites, but also for transport for cable, pipe and hose identification. Automotive suppliers and OEMs, for example, use the RFID loop tag for labeling hoses in the engine room.
